In ECC 6 EHP 7 upgrade, in phase "MAIN_SHDIMP/SUBMOD_SHD2_RUN/RUN_RSCPFROM_CRR_UPTIME" we are facing the below issue (we are using SUM tool patch 0 for SUM 1.0 SP13).
