Automatic Swap Item Category 'TAN' To Third Party Item Category 'TAS'

Hi All,

As Client business requirement, While sales order creation, If particular line item Material- [ item category type 'TAN' ] is not available on request delivery date at unrestricted stock then system automatically convert to third party item category 'TAS' and create Purchase requisition.

If partial qty is available at unrestricted stock then rest of the balance qty change to TAS from TAN

Example

1. Line item 10 --> order quantity 50 no’s and available qty is zero in unrestricted stock then entire 50 qty has to convert to third party order automatically.
2. Line item 20--> order quantity 30 no’s and available qty is 12 in unrestricted stock then only 18 no’s qty has to convert to third party order by automatically.

I am requesting you to kindly give the suggestion, As per my knowledge I ave checked that there is no option of SAP standard configuration setting, most possible solution is User Exit.

So Please guide me is there any User exit is available or is there any option for standard configuration setting.
