In My company they are looking to upgrade from 4.7 to latest version and is it possible to do the upgrade directly from 4.7 to ecc 6 and ehp 7 are is there any links to upgrade.
It will be great help, if some one lists the common issues faced in the technical upgrade
What are all the common problems faced in SAP objects, screens, menus, programs, transaction codes
And please provide me the OSS notes also.
