I’ve recently updated our SAP EHP6 system to support stack 16. We use archiving in our system so all SAP documents (such as sales order acknowledgements, delivery notes, invoices, purchase orders, finance document etc..). All of these types of documents which have been outputted (printed or email etc) will save as an attachment to the SAP document and the PDF will be stored on our Archive server.
You can access the documents within the relevant transactions (eg VA03/ FB03/ VL03N etc..)
Once you click on "Attachments", a popup appears and you can see when the order acknowledgement was created and by whom.
However since the upgrade you can no longer see the creator name.

After some research on SAP Marketplace, I found an OSS Note which appears to resolve this issue: 1895197. Unfortunately this OSS note is already implemented in our system.
I even updated the OAG1 screen and ticked the section “Save File Attributes [or Reserve 1]” however it still doesn’t work and you still cannot see the creator name.
I am now at a loss. Has anyone had this problem? Can anyone advise what do to?
