ERP Add on Upgrade

Dear All,

We are planning to upgrade the component SAP CORE C-CEE add on level from SP16 to SP 29 for ROMANIA

SAP Version : ERP 6.0 EHP4

EA-APPL :604    SP level 009    SAPK-60409INEAPPL

[As-Is]

C-CEE 110_604 SP Level 0016  SAPK-60416INCCEE

[To-be]

C-CEE 110_64 SP Level 0029

We need to perform the impact analysis because of Add on package [C-CEE 110_600] SP  level upgrade from 16 to 29.

please provide the functionality level changes & impact because of the SP upgrade.

kindly let us know if there is any materials to analyze the SP upgrade.
